In 2016, I had the opportunity to refresh the brand for Disney's The Jungle Book KIDS. The Jungle Book is a program that is developed for elementary schools to introduce the world of theater in the classroom, while providing the tools necessary to produce their very own production of The Jungle Book. Each ShowKit® includes kid-friendly scripts, a Director's Guide, a piano/vocal score, fully orchestrated rehearsal and performance CDs, a choreography DVD, and a family guide to theater.

The main focus of the design was to create a simple trademark, with striking iconography and supporting illustration. Based on the sacred betel leaf from the Indian Jungle, the idea of sliced leaves became a vivid characteristic throughout the design. Once the key art was in place, several fun traditional and digital illustration techniques were incorporated as textural elements throughout all of the ShowKit® materials.
